Zombie Games

I hear screaming coming from Justin's bedroom. Christopher comes hauling out of the room runs right into Justin.
"I saw something!" He says His eyes are big and wide.
"What? Jay ask
"It's under the bed." Christopher yells
They both bend down to take a look under the bed. I'm peeking around the corner I hear Christopher say "It's okay Jay It's a dryer sheet."
They both go back pretending to shoot each other and zombies. Children imagination are wonderful even with the age gap between my boys. It's breathtaking to see how close they are. Their brotherly bond is strong. They fight like hell sometimes but never hold a grudge. They do just about everything together. They are growing up just thinking in two weeks Justin will be twelve years old going into six grade in August. Christopher will start preschool as well. My boys will always be my babies. They are my heart and soul. I'm a very proud momma. Even if my nest is slowly emptying.

Storms

Last night was about the most scariest thing we have been in since last summer when my hubby had to pull off the road in North Dakota with a bunch of people at a gas station to avoid the tornado that hit.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/weather/2014/05/27/north-dakota-tornado/9617183/

It was crazy receiving texts from him that read.
If you wake up and see the news. I love you.
The next one reads
I'm  okay I was able to get off the road.
Then he sent a picture
and the last text reads
I love you and the boys. This above picture was from a guy he worked with that sent it to him. There is no place to go the houses are all mobile homes. We stayed in an RV for the summer. The land is flat where it looks like the sky could swallow you whole. Traveling is by far the most exciting thing to do. Our drive there to North  Dakota was storms all the way. As we left one state or town a tornado hit. This year driving to New Mexico was the same. We hit a storm in Louisiana. Thank God we were driving  away from it. Last night I made my decision not to make our home in Carlsbad permanent. It will stay a summer home to visit our family.

The road was flooded on both sides. I was for sure we we're going to get stuck in the water. The hail was so big and thick look like snow on the streets. The city has no draining system at all. I took a video mind you it's a two lane road with no where else to go. www.facebook.com/aquarium maintenance
The kids thought it was really neat. Us not so much as hubby drove and I took pictures to keep my mind clear. Tree branches were down everywhere. I think I will stick to the Florida weather instead. Bright side we were in the same car with hail dents from last year storm. A few more doesn't matter.

Mommy travel moments

I don't know how it can be sunny and raining with hail at the sametime.  I thought it was going to break my windshield. It's a beautiful scenic route driving through Louisiana,Texas and now we're in New Mexico still 5 hours to go. We're taking a family trip to four corners. Justin and I seen on TV that a lot of alien activity happens there so we decided to take a trip. I really hope we don't see any green aliens I can go for illegal aliens long as they mind their own business. Last year we just drove through Roswell. We are meeting up with my hubby and Father. They went ahead to bond and gamble a pre Father's Day gift.
My mommy travel moment with Christopher.
We stopped to get gas in Louisiana.
Christopher asked "Mommy why do those guy's look so rough? Did they just come back from Naked and Afraid? "
I couldn't help but laugh as I didn't answer him till we got back in the car.
"No, Christopher I don't think so."
He looked confused and didn't say anything so I left it as that. By the way if you don't know Naked and Afraid is a TV show. There are two people who have to survive in the wilderness for 21 days.

Yes, There is a cat under there. The seat is on the sun is shining and Godzilla is in cat heaven.  He is warm and sleeping.  Until the storm rolled in he just had to look out the window.  This is his first trip with us. Everything is new to him. I do have to say he is a lot more active than Mickey the cat. She just hides.  Godzilla tried to steal my grapes incognito with the blanket over him. Like I wouldn't see him.
We are still working on the whole meowing in the middle of the night as he trys to get the squirrel that's in the window.  Not to mention trying to escape from the hotel room. He is still learning.

Traveling with my kids & cats

It's never a dull moment traveling in this family.  We seen a battleship coming through Alabama that the boys were absolutely amazed by. The cats were fine hiding in the back until the last two hours when they roamed the car. They had the boys laughing on top of meowing.  It was time to stop. Justin and I had a wonderful conversation about what he wants to do when he grows up.  I enjoyed our talk very much. He wants to join the military and become a scientist /astronaut. He would like to go to outer space.  He has a set of goals with a backup plan in sports or vice versa. We ended up stopping in Mississippi. I was having a hard time parking because the cars were not in the right spot I actually had a guy come out and fix his car. That was really nice there are still nice people in the world. We get inside our hotel room Christopher sets his backpack down throws his hands up in the air like he's going to lay back on the bed. Which is way too tall for him by the way. He falls flat on the ground at the same time
Justin turns around and says "What are you doing?"

Christopher's laying on the floor I'm waiting for a cry instead he answered Justin.
"I was trying to lay on the bed."

Justin says "It's too big!"

Christopher "Well it works at home!"

Justin helps him up off the floor. We all start laughing.  I love these mommy moment's. It's been a long day driving all I want to do is go to sleep.  Godzilla and Mickey think it's time to talk. I mean they were having a pretty heavy conversation until like 3 a.m. Thank God I brought my BCAAS from Shredz to give me that little extra boost today while driving I'm going to need it. I see many rest stops along the way to New Mexico.  First day down wish me luck on our trip. Summer has just started.

Beast Within

July 2013

My fitness journey to getting fit not skinny has been a hard struggle that is still not over.
Here is when I started out three years ago.
I have had more problems then I can count working out. I have always been fit my whole life. I have no problems working out at home. As you know my P90X journey went well after I had tore my rotator cuff and re injured my left wrist. Which by the way was a walking crab injury when my son and I had a race. He won because I slipped and fell.

I started out with spin class which led to fluid in my needs and lots of time off almost two months. Then getting back into it to my disappointment I'm not able to take spin class. Maybe in the future when I build muscles around my knees. I also have sica nerve in my back which I have had all my life. I have my good days and my bad. I have noticed that the stronger my back gets sometimes the pain is manageable now. Everyone has struggles in anything they do. You can either cry about it or push through the hard times and get back to the grind. Every time I had to stop it was twice as hard to get back to where I was before I had to stop. I have a very good support team starting with my hubby who refuses to let me fall. He is my rock when I physically can not walk. He is by my side every step of the way. He  is  nothing but inspirational and confident. Most of all he makes me laugh at the times I want to give in. I can't give up I'm not that type of person even when I see no light at the end of the tunnel. I think about how far I have came in life to get where I'm at now. My kids need a strong mom. My body is my temple I take care of it. I'm even thinking about competing in bodybuilding. I have a long way to go still. I'm on the right track posing in a bikini flexing just makes me laugh when I think about it. If I do go ahead with this I'm not getting one of those spray tans. They just look silly when their head doesn't match.

Not sure about the face I'm making I'm sure holding the camera and flexing is hard. I have to also thank all the great instructors at the gym who kick my ass everyday. I have made wonderful friends in this journey. It's important to know it's a lifestyle that I have taken on. There is no end insight. I'm thankful I have the opportunity to take this step. It's hard as hell when you are sore from your workout the day before to get up and do it all over again. Even if it's ten minutes a day that I have I'm still improving my body and mind. Today is a rest day for me but I'm sure I will fit in a workout. It's  contagious when I see my lonely weights on the floor. I swear they talk to me. Just do five reps and walk away. That really never happens. I end up sweating my ass off. Love your body ladies and it won't do you wrong.

Justin and Rain

He started his bucket list. Only a week out of school and he's bored. It started raining cats and dogs today its Florida it's going to every day now. Justin thought it would be a good idea to go wash the car in the pouring rain. The mom in me started to say no. Then I realize I have to take advantage of the situation he's wanting to watch the car and it's one less thing I have to do before our trip. I let him took pictures and videos. He was laughing the whole time. He was a little bummed out because he still had to go get the hose to rinse off the car because it stopped raining so hard. Christopher opt out of it he didn't find it to be funny or exciting. The things we do to stay entertained in the time of boredom. After Justin wash the car and rinsed it. I pulled into the garage dried it then did the interior. I even vacuumed it I just have to keep it that way over the weekend.

I love these moments because we might not have them again. I love being a mommy!

School year comes to an end

I'm so proud of Justin. His music concert went very well. All three elementary schools sounded great. He made the Honor Roll received an award for respect and perfect attendance. He was one day away from getting perfect attendance for the whole year. He set a goal for next year. I love that about my son he is always setting goals to meet big or small. He kept his dedication to playing the violin all year. At first he thought he would be great then he was a little discourage that he wasn't.  For some reason he thought he would sound like the people on the radio. After we took time day after day to sit with him to read the music. Most important hubby and I gave our time to listen to him. In the beginning he gave us a fight. After a while he came to us to tell us he really enjoyed it. Justin sounds awesome. I hope he will take it up next year. He has music in his soul. He has taken a huge interest in classical music one of the things we all share in common as a family. That's now where his piano lessons come in at. He likes it so far and now understands to be better he has to keep at it.  With Justin once he sets his mind to something he will be great!

Soccer season is over. Justin absolutely loves this sport above anything else. His team Blue Thunder won a handful of games. Christopher liked his second season a little better now that he likes the sport. We went out everyday for the last eight weeks to play in the backyard. No matter how hot it was we where outside. Big brother started showing him how to pass the ball, stop it and run for it. Christopher thought he was being mean if he took the ball. Then he would get upset during the game because the other kids took the ball. They weren't sharing. However his last game he was off in his own little world with a teammate. I had to tell her mom "That's it we can't be friends anymore!" We both laugh but really this is where True love starts at four!

Now you see why. Oh no this is way too early for anything like this. The rule in our house is that both boys have to have a job before they can even start to think about dating. They have to be able to support her. Have both parents permission to date. Funny thing is I think I might have to worry about Christopher with the ladies more then my oldest. Looks like extra sports are needed to keep him occupied. Both boys will not have time for girls until after college. I did ask Christopher what they were talking about. He said" Mom we were just chit chatting about our day!" I know the picture is adorable. I give it that but no more.  Overall I can't wait to see what the next school year brings. My boys are my world. Growing up way to fast but I couldn't be more proud to see them grow.

Beast Mode

Instagram photo by sean_sarantos - Just a heads up that the Memorial Day sale for all @beastsportsnutrition gear is still going on until 5/31. 20% off all the fitness gear 🙌. Just head over to www.BEASTSPORTS.come and check it out 👌 #beastblue #beast #beastsports

Sean promotes the Beast products on Instagram. I love his YouTube videos and great advice. He also has a dog name Clark who is adorable! My wonderful hubby decide to switch up my game with some new clothes and samples. He knows me too well.
Pre -workout today was insane I was totally wired before my workout.  I took half of my trail package yesterday just to see how I would do. I didn't feel anything so my thought today was take the orange flavor one but the whole serving. By the way any pre-workout I have taken always taste horrible. Drink it fast and plug your nose. Well I loved it! The only thing I disliked about the pre-workout was it did give me the jitters. The directions say to take 30 minutes before working out which I did. I felt it kick in as I was driving to the gym. Once I got there I had to run in place before my short circuit class. I was ready to go! The instructor and other women there asked me if I was okay. My response was " Let's get this party started. What are we waiting for?" We were waiting for Teresa to explain what the hell we had to do. Meanwhile

I'm doing jumping jacks at this point. I killed my workout today. Knowing my body I knew I had to slam my water in order to be able to take my yoga class.  I had to push my pre workout out of my body through the power of water.  Thankfully I was able to take yoga. Angela is a great instructor who is way to flexible.

This is totally her. I'm not there yet hopeful soon.  I needed to slow down after my pre workout. This class helped me relax 100%. If you are in the area try it out. She has a beginners class and advance. Either class is always at your own pace. Don't try to keep up with anyone that's how you can hurt yourself.

Pineapple BCCA's are absolutely delicious. The BCAA's have a rapid recovery. The electrolytes really make this an epic product!  Just like my Shredz BCAA's it does the something. I love BCAA's during my workouts, keep me focused, and delay time to fatigue! A nice switch from fruit punch. It also helps to curve your appetite in the evening which I tend to get a little sweet tooth from time to time. Drinking this at dinner  keeps me on the right track. My overall review is great but be careful when taking the pre workout. It did last during my whole workout class including fifteen minute's of abs. Which I love! In about a month I will try this product again to switch it up from Shredz. Not that I don't like it I'm still in the works finding out what works for me and if I want to take anything at all. My fitness goals are simple not to lose weight but to build muscle. The main reason just to lead a healthy lifestyle. It's not a diet it truly is a lifestyle which makes it easier for me at least. I'm two years in on my five year six pack goal. Wish me luck! Remember it takes hard work and dedication for anything. You will make time for it if you want it bad enough.

Diary of a Minecraft Zombie

This is a hilarious book. It's written by a 12 year old Zombie if you follow the books Diary of a Wimpy Kid these books follow the same mindset just in Minecraft. It starts off as a diary on a Monday he doesn't understand why his mom makes him go scare the villagers. Zombies can't go out during the day he thinks it would be easier if he had human parents because they're probably nice. He has to go to scare School to learn how to scare the villagers. It's extremely cute if you or your children are obsessed with Minecraft this series is definitely for you. We started reading the book yesterday and haven't been able to put it down. It's a silly book that will make you laugh. Now, I have to order the whole set from Amazon. They run about $3.99 or so it varies. Learning how to play is hard but a lot of fun when my directions come from a four year old.  Happy Reading!

Paintball and Brothers

My boys are always good to each other. Christopher sat with me for three hours while his big brother played with his friends shooting paintballs at each other. Christopher was bored out of his mind. We talked played tag a lady gave him pizza because he was cute. It was in the 90's Justin was covered from head to toe in sweat, dirt and paint. Justin seems to like to play right now. If he keeps it up Daddy has talked me into letting him buy a paintball gun for him. He wants all the gear. Some more Father and Son bonding time where they can be crazy together. I love it! I really do love how close they are. It melts my heart. Here is what Justin was looking at to get.
When Justin would come off the field Christopher would make sure he had his water to drink. He even helped refill his brother's gun with paintballs. Kept a handful to step on I guessed he figured it was his payment for waiting. Justin didn't care it made Christopher happy. Justin took some good hits that left marks on him. Christopher was all concern we needed to get ice packs for him on the way home. It was too cute to see how much he cares. Christopher was the only one yelling "Go Jay Go Jay!" That was one of the times Justin took a hit because of Christopher. I felt bad it looked like it hurt. Christopher tells him later "You should look next time big Bro!" I had to laugh because he is to little to understand right now.

Christopher can't play until he turns eight years old but he like this gun as well. The Combat Zone is the place to go if you are looking to try it out. They have three fields right now. The Ref's are great and work off tips so make sure you tip them. They keep it running smooth. I was a little worried about Justin getting ambush by being in there by himself. That won't happen here or at least what I see they are really strict by how the fields are run. It's a lot of fun make sure you bring water.
Brothers Forever

Justin even clean the oven for me to say thank you for taking him to play. Justin is growing up so fast. Time sure goes by really fast. I know I have said it before but it really does.

Who's a cute Zombie?

You are a cute Zombie.  I'm not sure if I will ever take photos like this. They are beautifully disturbing in an awesome way. I'm not even sure if that makes sense at all. Justin would love to do this. I'm not sure I would let him. He is trying to get his Father and I to let him run in the Universal Studios Zombie run in October. I already said sure if Daddy runs too. I have to stay behind to watch Christopher.  So I'm out. They don't need me. He wants to run away from them hubby of course wants to be a zombie.  Hell No! As I laugh it would be fun. I wonder who else I could get to do it too. I love Halloween.  It's my favorite holiday. Take a look I would love if you would share your thoughts.

On the hunt for Bones Leg!

Six in a half hours two cups of coffee forty ounces of water a turkey sandwich with ten totes of Legos. We were on the hunt for this lego toy named Bone.  Apparently he lost his leg. Christopher refused to let me take a picture of him because he was leg less. The leg is smaller than my pinky nail only the white part.  We found everything else like the Iron Man lego guys. Zombies from the zombie collection. We finally found Steve from Minecraft with the rest of his body.  Christopher realize today that Minecraft Steve shares the same name as his daddy. We also found our share of cat toys that some how made there way in the lego box. Justin's poker chips were in there as well with my hair ties and clips. Christopher inform me that he uses my clips as monster cranes to pick up things. He has one heck of imagination on him. As we went through his legos we built a city that Godzilla the evil cat destroyed! He took off with the Legos with Christopher running after him. It was too funny! Christopher tries to rebuild when  Mickey decided she was going to lay on top of the Legos. We never did find Bone's leg. After all that today I think I will just go buy another Lego set just to get another Bones guy. I think that may just be a little easier since my back was not to happy with me. Thank God for yoga! It was my best friend tonight.  Boys are both sleeping.  I never knew looking and playing with Legos could be so exhausting. I wouldn't have it any other way! I love being a Mom!

The little Joys in life

I have been taking pictures for some time now . I find the little things give me the most joy out of what I do. The faces the kid's make are absolutely priceless. My son for one I have no idea what he is thinking here. It made me laugh out loud.

I have to make Justin laugh otherwise he gives me this weird look. He always tries to tell me he doesn't have time for pictures. Like he has a hot date or something. I'll say that. That's when the real smile comes out. I'm acting funny behind the camera in order to get a smile out of him. He is a busy body! I'm forever posting pictures of my boys. They are very happy children with tons of jokes. I can't tell you how many times they can just look at each other and just laugh about nothing. It will make you laugh.

See those faces? I love it!
Jay was trying to give me a hug as I was trying not to fall as he lunged towards me.

Christopher on the other hand is a ham and a half. He is forever telling us some kind of story of some past life he thinks he had. Some stories are a little creepy when he says stuff like I seen the plane go down as I was looking up.
He is robot walking on the field.

A lost shoe says it all!!

.

Planes are always flying over the soccer field.  Taking time with learning the software for editing is a lot of fun. Things I never knew you could do. My website is coming along a little better. Hopefully in the near future it will be up and pictures will be for sell. PatriciaPictures I have had it since last year putting it together with my web designer is a pain. It's all worth it to see the kids run towards me as I try not to get slaughter by the ball.

Let me know what you think of these pictures.

Diana has a great attitude about getting fit. She teaches a few classes that will kick your butt into shape. This class is a favorite of mine even if I have been away for awhile with a different class. These ladies are the most upbeat people you will ever meet. Don't shy away because you can't dance. Don't make excuses why you can't take a class. Just walk in the door the people are amazing! There isn't any judging just people getting into shape. Most of the time they have no clue you are new until after the class. Then everyone will talk to you so get use to having new friends. Everyone knows who you are. They miss you when you are gone. The encouragement is out of this world. I think the ring leader in being positive is Marsha. Dancing makes everyone happy. It's a chance to let go and live in the moment you are given. If you want to sweat burn calories and have fun. Please stop by to see Diana and the rest of the crew. She also teaches a spin class, abs and a power mode class. Change it up a bit don't get stuck doing the same workout year after year.
Shake what you can most of all have lots of fun. Hope to see you in class Monday morning! Make sure you click o the video above just to get a little taste of what to expect in class.

8 Fit

I recommend 8fit v 2.1.5. Visit the links from your Android device. 8fit v 2.1.5 ( http://market.android.com/search?q=pname:com.eightfit.app )

This app is a great tool to use at home or traveling.  The workouts vary from fourteen minutes to four minutes.  It gives you the option to listen to music to pause it whenever you need to. I'm always looking for new apps new videos on YouTube new information. Knowledge is power! How to sculpt and tone my body is important to me. Besides I like to be nosy and see how other people are doing their workouts. To see what's new now. The only person you should ever compete with is yourself. Who else has this app?

Sombrero cookies

Everyday the boys and I will be learning about Mexico. Today is a food craft. It's simple just make some sugar cookies then you will put frosting around the rim of it we used lime frosting. Add sprinkles a candy drop for the top now you have a sombrero cookie. It was really messy sprinkles everywhere cats swimming in it. Godzilla really is the demon cat sometimes. He was rolling around in the sprinkles on the kitchen floor licking himself it was insane! We still had a lot of fun cooking.  Christopher and Justin loves to be in the kitchen with me whipping up something new everyday. Justin's day to cook is Friday can't wait to see what he will be cooking to celebrate Mexico. Happy Cinco de Mayo! !

Monday, May 4

Something to try

In light of Cinco de Mayo try some guacamole. I make it all the time Justin loves it. I don't have a picture because by the time I made it then took it to the table it was already gone. Justin bugging me in the kitchen as a few chips go missing. Never fails that and salsa doesn't ever last long. We are in Day 4  of celebrating Mexican Heritage Month. It's so nice when we are studying something as a family it is enjoyed by everyone. Just a fun fact did you know there are 19 million people living in Mexico City. That is twice as many people who live in New York according to the book we read last night. That is a lot of people. There are 56 native languages spoken in Mexico. Just rambling today just thought I would share. If you are going out please be safe don't drink too many margarita's. Have fun dance laugh just love the day ahead.

Smoothie of the Day

I love my smoothie's thought I would share this one.
Ingredients:
-A handful of ice cubes
-A handful of strawberries
- 1 cup of almond milk (milk)
A dash of cinnamon and pumpkin powder.
-honey to taste add as much as you want or as little.
-A scoop of my shredz protein powder Cinnabon. (my secret ingredient)
This smoothie turned out fluffy and smooth.  I need a little bit of a change from my normal smoothie which I add the above but also add spinach and change up to chocolate peanut butter protein powder from Shredz.com when I need to have  something sweet. I also blend it with my Ninja Blender a little longer just to make sure the strawberries are mixed well. I love my Ninja it's the only thing that can break down the ice. This makes up about five cups total.  Have a smoothie day!

23 Day's In

We have taken this month to be a religion month. Reading the Bible has been fun in the land of milk and honey. If you read the picture below you will understand. Justin thought that was really funny. I have to agree it was and explaining it was more then I could describe without laughing.

It's hard to explain the bible to my children when I don't exactly believe with everything that has been written.  One day at a time. I am finding out that my children have more questions about God which leads me to the King James Bible. That in turn leads to a bigger discussion with my wonderful husband. He doesn't believe in the written word either  but if you listen to him speak it sure sounds like he is preaching the word of God. Amen! I have to admit if he was a preacher I'm going to hell for having impure thoughts about him.  I say that out loud and we both laugh. Then I feel guilty and ask for forgiveness. Religion is a complicated thing. Especially when you're getting ready for church and have to choose a perfume the names of them just make you feel bad.  Do I wear Sexy, Fancy or Endless Weekend. Do you see my dilemma? Then telling the boys not to hit each other bug or lick each other makes me think if God makes them bug me for his own amusement. Just getting there seems to be a huge task.  Someone always spills something somewhere gets their clothes dirty or has to pee right as we are pulling out of the driveway.  Going to church is so complicated sometimes! Some people take it to extreme.  It's not God or whoever you pray to it's his followers. If you believe in something that's all that counts. Don't let anyone else tell you different.  This is just apart of my family's journey into the land of understanding something new.

Earth Day

The earth is beautiful place.  I never understand why people litter.  It's being lazy.  I have raised my boys to respect the earth.  We walk daily just around our neighborhood. It never fails that we come home with others trash. It's sad that people don't value the earth we live on. We pick up trash no matter where we are. Just walking into a store on the beach if it's trash we put it where it belongs.  If it can be recycled we end up taking it home to be taken care of. It's not hard to do it. Justin when he was little would pick up trash another person dropped go up to them and give it back. The adults always looked embarrassed. Christopher is very outspoken he will pick it up and say "There is a trash can you are walking by. You could have dropped this off." I love my boys. They are leaving no trace behind. Footprints are all humans should leave. We live here and for the most part I want to be able to go outside with my children without have to play in trash. Do your part pick up after yourself. It's really not that hard to do.

Get Stepping

Get those rock hard abs! If it was easy everyone would do it! Monika makes you work. She is famous for making you sweat and abs sore. Just what we all come for. Russian twists,  crunches, and planks.  Monday's are plank day's.  Be the plank! Two minutes of torture with a lower planks side planks you name it. She loves them.
Step class is always fun. As long as you don't trip over your step. It can be an amazing cardio workout. It's your workout it's your  class. Make it what you want just keep moving.  That's the hardest part when you get tired you tend to stop don't push yourself.  Train your brain even if you get tired it's your brain you have to overcome. You have to decide how bad do you want it. You are the only obstacle that you have to get by. Don't stand in your way.

It is true my life is so much better after I get done with Zumba. It's hard not to laugh in class because my Zumba teacher is shaking her hips like a pro while we all look like we are having some kind of attack of some sort. A few tips if you take  Zumba class you will laugh if you look at others. My thought is "What the Hell is that person doing?" Then I remember that I'm doing the samething which makes me laugh my ass off. It's a good thing mirrors are not in the gym. Tip 2: Always think you have it. Just dance it out.

The hip rolls are a little much for me since I think certain rolls should never be seen in a family setting. It is fun to try it out considering that It's fun to show my hubby. Take a look at this studmuffin! I learn this today from Diane mixed with this jump squat turn from Leanna. Let's hit a club to show off my new moves!

Dancing is good for the soul I enjoy it a lot. Tip 3: If you are new to a class don't try and keep up with the teacher you might blow a hip out. Been there done that telling someone you have an injury from Zumba class you tend to get odd looks.

Sweat. I love to not wear deodorant on my days off. Sit outside on a hot day and just sweat! Zumba works too. :)
Thank God I'm not a big chested woman or I might put an eye out in class. I look like I just jumped out of the pool when class is over. I burn a good 500 - 800 calories in class easy! Make sure you pee before class and get a good meal in so you have something to burn. The one thing I know is that everyone in class is a family.
Back up old lady with the 80's reeboks ! This is my personal space @Ms.Janette P lol !!  Be sure everyone in class has a spot they have been there for awhile. They get there early just for that spot don't make anyone mad. In the end just dance to the tenth Pitbull song. It's okay he is in lot's of songs however we went country today. I had a blast!! Country line dancing with a hip roll made my day.
