Another Year

Time to update the house take down pictures put pictures up and take new pictures. Here is one I took with my flash Nikon SB-700. I love it I thought it was about time to break it out and learn how to use it. I have had it for three years now. I was trying to make a business out of this. Instead it just gave me a headache. Having two businesses already one more was just too much. Besides it took the fun out of it. For now I think I will take pictures for fun. Get back to being just me with no pressure. I found that the last three months have been a really trying time in my life. Family, hubby and kids will make you go crazy. Thank God I have a few people like my hubby who can just be a friend without the role of hubby attached sometimes and my Nana who will listen. Without them I think I would be in a crazy house somewhere. I'm getting ready for the Superheros race in February which thinking about it gives me the chills. I have never been in a race before. It's to raise awareness for all Brevard County abused, abandoned and neglected children. We are entering it as a family. Justin and I will be running hubby and Christopher will be walking. I can't wait to see what costumes we will get. We are still working on that. As far as the pictures going I think I might want to look into body armor when it comes to my kids.


 He is laughing above because he ran me over a dozen times. I was on my belly on the ground  that's how I was able to get this picture among others. I need elbow pads knee pads a helmet maybe definitely a hard case for my camera. I think he was aiming at me on purpose it made him laugh. The joys of motherhood.  They don't get better then these moments right here.

It takes one step

All it takes is one step to change your life. One step towards the future may seem like a long distance to travel. It's not don't let your mind take over your body. I had a girlfriend ask me what I was doing to change my body. It's a good thing we are friends because I was like "What was I fat before?" We couldn't help but laugh. She was meaning you can see I have tone down and built muscle.


It takes a lot of will power. I fall off my band wagon ever now and then. I don't and won't let myself feel bad about it. It happens as long as it's not ever day. It's a lifestyle a person has to choose. It's something that you have to keep up on in order to move forward just like anything else in life. If you want to get better at making your body great. It will take sweat,tears and time.
My workout this morning went a little something like this.

6 Rounds of the following

40 walking Lunges

35 Jump Squats

15 Triceps Dips

20 Pushups

35 Crunches

By the end of this workout I thought I was going to puke. I looked like I just step out of the shower because I was sweating so bad. My back and knees hurt. I could barley get up off the floor. I even thought about just sleeping there in my sweat until the next day. Then I heard a little voice say " Good Morning Mama!" It sucks working out but I get a sense of enjoyment out of it. I think people need to realize that working out is a small very small part in getting fit. What goes in your mouth the rest of the day is what counts. Once you switch from pop to water give up that process food to fresh veggies. You will see a significant change in your body alone. Make a small change like get a book about eating. Try new things out don't be afraid of food. Eat to fuel your body. Think about what you will get out of your meal to nourish your body. Changing the way you think is the hardest part. Change that and your body will follow.  Good Luck Don't Give Up on Yourself.

Push Yourself

Workout for today was a killer routine.
Bicycles
Crunches
Frog thrust
Burpees
Side alternating plank
Mountain climbers
Squat jumps
I did 25 reps of each since I was using my phone to listen to music. It makes it hard to time yourself. I did three rounds and added a few more abs routine. I personally like the one where you lay down on the ground. You hold a weight in your hand and get up then lay back down. I'm not sure what that one is called it sure will push you. I get bored working out on my own with the pictures I get off line. Five rounds seems a bit much to me. Then again I have no idea who is coming up with workouts. I always let my body tell me where I'm at. I always find myself adding knees up plank walk downs, push ups, knee smash. Another favorite of mind is where you are in a push up and jump in and out with your legs. Killer for lower abs. I also work a little on arms with my bands. Traveling light is great. My bands fit right in my bag. I try use my bands as much as I can. It just takes a second to remember all the great workouts you can actually do with them. It took about an hour my boys sat in the workout room with me at the hotel. They watched TV even helped me on a few circuits. Christopher likes to mock me. It's cute when he will flex his muscles. Getting fit will always be hard no matter where you are in life. Don't let no gym or I'm traveling be an excuse. If you want it you will complete your goals. Nothing will stop you from getting it but YOU! Have faith in yourself you are worth your own time.

Beast Within

My fitness journey to getting fit not skinny has been a hard struggle that is still not over.
Here is when I started out three years ago.
I have had more problems then I can count working out. I have always been fit my whole life. I have no problems working out at home. As you know my P90X journey went well after I had tore my rotator cuff and re injured my left wrist. Which by the way was a walking crab injury when my son and I had a race. He won because I slipped and fell.


I started out with spin class which led to fluid in my needs and lots of time off almost two months. Then getting back into it to my disappointment I'm not able to take spin class. Maybe in the future when I build muscles around my knees. I also have sica nerve in my back which I have had all my life. I have my good days and my bad. I have noticed that the stronger my back gets sometimes the pain is manageable now. Everyone has struggles in anything they do. You can either cry about it or push through the hard times and get back to the grind. Every time I had to stop it was twice as hard to get back to where I was before I had to stop. I have a very good support team starting with my hubby who refuses to let me fall. He is my rock when I physically can not walk. He is by my side every step of the way. He  is  nothing but inspirational and confident. Most of all he makes me laugh at the times I want to give in. I can't give up I'm not that type of person even when I see no light at the end of the tunnel. I think about how far I have came in life to get where I'm at now. My kids need a strong mom. My body is my temple I take care of it. I'm even thinking about competing in bodybuilding. I have a long way to go still. I'm on the right track posing in a bikini flexing just makes me laugh when I think about it. If I do go ahead with this I'm not getting one of those spray tans. They just look silly when their head doesn't match.


Not sure about the face I'm making I'm sure holding the camera and flexing is hard. I have to also thank all the great instructors at the gym who kick my ass everyday. I have made wonderful friends in this journey. It's important to know it's a lifestyle that I have taken on. There is no end insight. I'm thankful I have the opportunity to take this step. It's hard as hell when you are sore from your workout the day before to get up and do it all over again. Even if it's ten minutes a day that I have I'm still improving my body and mind. Today is a rest day for me but I'm sure I will fit in a workout. It's  contagious when I see my lonely weights on the floor. I swear they talk to me. Just do five reps and walk away. That really never happens. I end up sweating my ass off. Love your body ladies and it won't do you wrong.

Beast Mode

Sean promotes the Beast products on Instagram. I love his YouTube videos and great advice. He also has a dog name Clark who is adorable! My wonderful hubby decide to switch up my game with some new clothes and samples. He knows me too well. 
  Pre -workout today was insane I was totally wired before my workout.  I took half of my trail package yesterday just to see how I would do. I didn't feel anything so my thought today was take the orange flavor one but the whole serving. By the way any pre-workout I have taken always taste horrible. Drink it fast and plug your nose. Well I loved it! The only thing I disliked about the pre-workout was it did give me the jitters. The directions say to take 30 minutes before working out which I did. I felt it kick in as I was driving to the gym. Once I got there I had to run in place before my short circuit class. I was ready to go! The instructor and other women there asked me if I was okay. My response was " Let's get this party started. What are we waiting for?" We were waiting for Teresa to explain what the hell we had to do. Meanwhile
 
I'm doing jumping jacks at this point. I killed my workout today. Knowing my body I knew I had to slam my water in order to be able to take my yoga class.  I had to push my pre workout out of my body through the power of water.  Thankfully I was able to take yoga. Angela is a great instructor who is way to flexible.
 
 
This is totally her. I'm not there yet hopeful soon.  I needed to slow down after my pre workout. This class helped me relax 100%. If you are in the area try it out. She has a beginners class and advance. Either class is always at your own pace. Don't try to keep up with anyone that's how you can hurt yourself.
 
 
Pineapple BCCA's are absolutely delicious. The BCAA's have a rapid recovery. The electrolytes really make this an epic product!  Just like my Shredz BCAA's it does the something. I love BCAA's during my workouts, keep me focused, and delay time to fatigue! A nice switch from fruit punch. It also helps to curve your appetite in the evening which I tend to get a little sweet tooth from time to time. Drinking this at dinner  keeps me on the right track. My overall review is great but be careful when taking the pre workout. It did last during my whole workout class including fifteen minute's of abs. Which I love! In about a month I will try this product again to switch it up from Shredz. Not that I don't like it I'm still in the works finding out what works for me and if I want to take anything at all. My fitness goals are simple not to lose weight but to build muscle. The main reason just to lead a healthy lifestyle. It's not a diet it truly is a lifestyle which makes it easier for me at least. I'm two years in on my five year six pack goal. Wish me luck! Remember it takes hard work and dedication for anything. You will make time for it if you want it bad enough.

Get Stepping

Get those rock hard abs! If it was easy everyone would do it! Monika makes you work. She is famous for making you sweat and abs sore. Just what we all come for. Russian twists,  crunches, and planks.  Monday's are plank day's.  Be the plank! Two minutes of torture with a lower planks side planks you name it. She loves them. 
Step class is always fun. As long as you don't trip over your step. It can be an amazing cardio workout. It's your workout it's your  class. Make it what you want just keep moving.  That's the hardest part when you get tired you tend to stop don't push yourself.  Train your brain even if you get tired it's your brain you have to overcome. You have to decide how bad do you want it. You are the only obstacle that you have to get by. Don't stand in your way.

Laughing and Shaking your hips

Zumba!
It is true my life is so much better after I get done with Zumba. It's hard not to laugh in class because my Zumba teacher is shaking her hips like a pro while we all look like we are having some kind of attack of some sort. A few tips if you take  Zumba class you will laugh if you look at others. My thought is "What the Hell is that person doing?" Then I remember that I'm doing the samething which makes me laugh my ass off. It's a good thing mirrors are not in the gym. Tip 2: Always think you have it. Just dance it out.

The hip rolls are a little much for me since I think certain rolls should never be seen in a family setting. It is fun to try it out considering that It's fun to show my hubby. Take a look at this studmuffin! I learn this today from Diane mixed with this jump squat turn from Leanna. Let's hit a club to show off my new moves!
zumba ecard - Google Search

Dancing is good for the soul I enjoy it a lot. Tip 3: If you are new to a class don't try and keep up with the teacher you might blow a hip out. Been there done that telling someone you have an injury from Zumba class you tend to get odd looks.

Sweat.  I love to not wear deodorant on my days off. Sit outside on a hot day and just sweat! Zumba works too. :)
 Thank God I'm not a big chested woman or I might put an eye out in class. I look like I just jumped out of the pool when class is over. I burn a good 500 - 800 calories in class easy! Make sure you pee before class and get a good meal in so you have something to burn. The one thing I know is that everyone in class is a family.
 Back up old lady with the 80's reeboks ! This is my personal space @Ms.Janette P lol !!  Be sure everyone in class has a spot they have been there for awhile. They get there early just for that spot don't make anyone mad. In the end just dance to the tenth Pitbull song. It's okay he is in lot's of songs however we went country today. I had a blast!! Country line dancing with a hip roll made my day.

Day 20 Are you still going?

Day 18: 100 Tricep Dips and 50 squat jumps
This day went well as far as the squat jumps were a little hard for me because of my knees problems. I took out the jumps for the last 25 I just made them squats.

If you have a bad back please take it slow. If you are asking why? You can hurt yourself more if you are not careful. If you want to help your lower back problems take it slow. It's to help strengthen your lower back and abs but take your time.  Anything worth having comes with time. Please keep that in mind.


The big day is today Day 20: 75 Burpees and 4x60 second planks

Now with Burpees you can take out the pushups if needed and the jumps. The planks you can go to your knees if you have to. Today I split up my Burpees as of right now I still have 15 more Burpees to go. Yah, me almost done with this amazing challenge. Are you taking the Challenge? If so please let me know. Day 3 complete

Taking another challenge stepping up my game. I have about twenty people joining me along with my amazing hubby and kids. I took it down a little for my boys. Day 3 50 burpees 50 kick down crunches down the drain.  A good little warm-up before I hit the gym for circuit training today. I love a challenge this for sure is one. I will be posting a video of today's class just to give you a hint of what I put my body through twice a week.  I love it! Getting fit is a choice you have to make it. You will only stay with it if you want. You have to be your best. Don't worry everyone was a beginner at some point. Remember to eat clean or all your hard work is for nothing.  Have a good day love your life. Have the day you deserve today.

Shredz Toner, Burner and BCAA's

 New supplement' are a plus when you are trying to take it to the next level. I'm finding along the way working out is my drug. It's what keeps me sane. The Detox are vitamins the Burner helps you keep going it makes me sweat like a pig.  I haven't tried Beauty yet because I currently take my BCAA's that help with keeping level with that extra push when I want to give up. I have found that if I seem to crave a certain food I can take one scoop of my BCAA's and I'm good.  The only downfall I see with this brand is that it gives you no insight on how or when you should take it. You have to do your own research. 


 I found the website a little hard to understand for example the Detox use to be called multivitamin. Detox to me means something totally different then taking a vitamin. The Detox or Multivitamin made my nails brittle not sure why. I might wait a few months and try it again.  It's like that with the Alpha female stack which is what is shown in the picture to the left.  It comes with the Burner, Detox, and Toner. I called but you can only leave a message never a live person. I went to Instagram to see why it was taking so long for my order by then it was past two weeks. They gave me some bull about waiting to collect all the orders from Black Friday. It didn't make sense to me with over a $200.00 dollar order. If they were out of stock then tell me that. Be honest with the customer when they are spending a pretty penny for your product. That's my opinion! The rebuild is what you take at night to help your muscle rebuild and recover while you sleep. I'm not sure if I like it because of the fact it makes me sleep like a ROCK! I don't feel refresh in the morning I find it hard as hell getting out of bed in the morning. I have never taken a sleeping pill however I have taken a magnesium pill to sleep and didn't feel like I did with rebuild. It suggest taking one or two 30 minute's before sleep. I'm good with one two I feel like I was asleep for years. It comes with a 60 day supply I'm half way through it.  F.Y. I it will put you to sleep in less then 30 minutes.
The BCAA's are excellent to drink during my workout it gives me that extra push to finish or add that extra rep. It's also good to drink if you want to settle a craving which for me is ice cream. I would be careful it does suppress your appetite. Taking any supplement's you should talk to your doctor and do your research first look at reviews talk to people and see what works for you. You don't have to take supplement's at all just keep that in mind.

I just started taking the Toner which is a female non bloating creatine. That will help build your muscle. I take the burner in the morning and the toner in the evening. Which the website doesn't tell you how to take it. It's fun calling my hubby for tips on this stuff since I'm new at it. I want a tone look with a six pack. After 30 days I went to 150lbs to 143lbs. Now, I can see the definition in my body. I love it!!!

Overall I do like the product as a whole. Wait for one of their sales to try it. It is a little on the pricey side. The peanut butter chocolate protein is my favorite. I have made cookies and pancakes with it. I drink one protein shake a day even on my off days mixed with 10 oz of water. The tank tops are extremely comfy. I can't wait till they have the pant's to match. They promote them like crazy on Instagram but don't sell them yet.(update:Oct 2015 Now they sell them) It seems like a new company if you like them stay with them. I think I will. I'm on my second order which came in four days. They must have a note on my file send quick or something this last time. Until next time please workout to get fit not skinny!!!

Hugs, Parents,Life

You need 4 hugs a day for survival. We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. We need 12 hugs a day for growth.

I'm forever hugging my kid's.  I read, write, teach them how to live in this big place called life. I'm shocked at how many people think being a Stay At Home Mom means laying on your ass all day. Talking to a few mom's myself this Friday after story time with Popsicle. 
A mommy made a comment " I wish I had that kind of time!" It was like she was making a jab at me? Yes, She was I was shocked.  All five of us were stay at home moms.  We all have the same amount of minutes in a day. We all get the same amount of hours in a day. My hubby and I always get compliments on how well behaved and how polite our boys are. I love it. That means we are doing half a decent job. I hardly ever hear a parent say please and thank you to their kids. We do if we ask them to do something.  My hubby works some mad hours still has time to play. We don't sit in front of the Television or Computer all day. We make our kids enjoy life. They love the ocean it's like our second home. However they don't swim in it anymore my bad we watched Shark Week. With all the recent attacks it's safer in the sand. I spend quality time with my boys. They come first in my life before my work or hubby. He feels the same if he didn't we wouldn't be  married. That has been our number one goal in life. To make a better life for our children to give them a chance to become something great. They are already amazing in everything they do. I encourage them to do their best give their best. I can't do that for them they have to want to learn. I can only give them the tools to do the job. 
I let my boys be boys. They play they have a life of their own. I treat them as people.  I see a lot of parents treat their kids as if they don't exist.  It's sad kid's have feelings.  Thy are like us. A child will become what they see and hear from parents. If you continue to put something in their heads they will remember. 
My son play's the violin. I'm proud to be his mom. It was a pain in ass to get an instrument from the school. They wanted me to buy one. Like it was nothing I'm not made out of money. I have no problem with that if he plays.  If he still plays by the end of the year then we will talk. So far so good.

 
In his short life he has accomplish a lot. It makes my hubby and I happy we are able to give him that chance. It bugs me to No end when I hear working or not parents say they don't have time to play with their kids. In fact you do it's 99 percent for your kids and that one percent is for you. If you have kids that's how it should be in my opinion. If parents took the time to turn off the TV get off the phone turn off the computer pick up a toy and play. They would get to know their kids. It's very important that you are happy to know you are giving your kids 99percent of your time. With that said Please remember

They will remember that inside of how much money you have. I have been both a full-time working parent and a stay at home mommy. I work from home and love it. At times it gets hard but if you really want something you will make time for it.

Someone once told me



Someone once told me that I need to find Jesus! I would quote them but I would rather not they know who they are. I grew up in a Catholic household until I moved out when I was sixteen.

The picture to the right hung in the middle of the doorway for many years. My mother never made us go to church because her mother forced her to go when she was younger.  She wanted us to make that choice for ourselves. She was not a religious person. She didn't follow the bible nor did she deny it. My siblings and I went to many different churches growing up it kind of came with our territory with who we grew up with. One week we were Baptist the next Catholic.  I guess you can say we were dip in many cultures so to speak. Three weeks ago I decide with the help of a now friend to take on the Church again. Going to church has always been a battle with me. It's not that I don't believe I do. I have always believed that there is a higher power then humans walking around. I have many stories to tell of God loving people who are the first to preach to you and the first to do the complete opposite of what they just preach. They are the most hypocritical people in the world with the exception of a few that I have found it hard to believe. I once had a girl tell me I was a slut for having a child out of wedlock when she did the same. Not knowing how I got pregnant in the first place. She had no problem judging me on the little information she knew.  She also tried to explain that the church wouldn't release her from it. Call me crazy but I would think all she had to do was not go. She also swings cuss words around as if she never read the bible ever in her life. Let's not to mention she has had more problems with drugs and alcohol then anyone else I know. She has no problem telling someone else what they are doing wrong but not once looked to how she lives her life. When she or any of GOD followers are told they are no angle I love the come back they have. I'm in the making of what GOD wants me to be. I find it hilarious like if I had a camera to tape you how would they act then. It's like they back track like Will Smith in the Fresh Prince the first 40 seconds of the clip below. SEE WHAT HAD HAPPEN WAS!!!


Many people go to church and live their life they see fit as I do the same.
I'm not judging the girl I spoke of above she just has a little more soul searching to do for herself if she speaks of the lord but doesn't follow where he takes her. No one is perfect in fact I don't believe in that word. There is always room for improvement in yourself and others. If you have the need to judge someone make sure your closet is free of skeletons before you utter words of hate. That's if you have too. In my book there is no need to judge another. Your shoes you walk are different then someone else's.
I can say my mother help me understand when I was still very young. That I strongly still believe in  it's not how people judge you it how that person sees themselves that comes out in a negative light. I have to keep reminding myself of that. As I get older I see LIFE in a different way then I once did. It's funny in a way that I can say that. I never wanted anything more then to be happy when I was younger. I found that ten years ago with the birth of my son and now hubby. Two lives collided together to make a family two people wanted the same thing separate now more so together. It's not hard to be happy it's left up to you to decide that. If you have to seek Jesus then by all means find him.

 I have always been extremely emotional in church. It's like I feed off what others are feeling. To me I find that to be a little strange to know that what I'm feeling are not my emotions but are that of someone else.

I don't know if the whole God thing is a man made religion to get people to believe in something more or if it's true. I'm on a six week Journey in my life to see if my views change or stay the same. I don't know what the next three weeks hold in store for me. I'm sure I will find out with an open heart and mind anything is possible. I would love to hear your views on this subject.

Getting back


 

I have been fighting allergies for almost a month now until today. I'm getting back to my normal schedule with getting fit. My journey is still full speed ahead as I took up yet again a new workout. I hit a plateau back in January it was time to switch up my workout routine. Turbo Jam was fun today lots of energy in the DVD still very entertaining when you watch the other people on the DVD. The faces they make are just silly. I guess overall the DVD was great! Along with intense weight lifting with cardio combo and muscle conditioning it has made that plateau non existing.
I'm not looking to lose weight I just want to tone up.
Losing the weight was a plus.
 I have to say my results are wonderful. I weigh 149 as of today lost five pounds and went from a size 8 to a size 5 in my jeans. How exciting until I realized I no longer have any boobs all to due to shopping this past weekend. I was a little upset until I walked past the cute little bikini's hanging on the racks then I was alright. The funny thing about my journey to getting fit is that I didn't even notice the weight loss. My pants were a little big sagging between my legs I just thought they were a little worn out. You know from wearing them maybe four times a month. I'm never in jeans I hate jeans because they are all stretchy junk. I just want the hip hugger with flair bottoms like when I was in high school. They no longer make them as the nice lady at Old Navy told me. I guess not really a loss I never really liked that store anyways. I did find some jeans at Macy's.Yes, They have a little stretch to them which I'm not happy but old well they are a size five. I could even fit into a four but my thighs won't.

 Here is me with my Popsicle doing squats. He is my weight of 34 pounds. Trust me I feel it with 30 lunges each leg and then 20 regular squats. 


I really need a full body picture I'm more then happy with my arms and body overall. My hard work, dedication and consistency has really paid off. My Journey isn't over yet still working on my six pack with a no processed food no meat unless my hubby makes me eat chicken which just kills me. I had to fight him on this last time he wanted me to eat chicken. It really upsets my stomach I'm a veggie, fruit ,water, protein shake kind of person. 
I'm happy with that I still have my cheat days once a week you have to in order to stay on this kind of lifestyle.  It is a life style not a diet. My weakness above all is cookie dough ice cream and maybe pizza. Until next time just remember it takes time to meet a goal in fitness. It has to be your goal not anyone elses. Get fit for you challenge yourself to be better then you were yesterday. Have fun with it make it work for you.

Ab Roller Review


Okay, Let's talk how not to do a sit up with the ab roller. First put your hair up because I rolled over my ponytail. Not a good feeling when your brains are about to come out of your head. If you are wondering about the room I am in. It's my toddler's room he has carpet much better on my back then laying down on my tile floor. 


Once you put the CD in that it came with it starts you out with dips and push ups. Elevated push ups are always good a change from using my push up bars. I also put my feet up on the wall at the gym which are a little harder to complete then these. You can also use a chair to put your feet on or push off of. It works for the main part it keeps you from pulling on your neck when doing a sit up. That's all the plus I seen with this ab roller it's nothing you can't  complete without it. As always have fun working out go at your own speed and always remember it will take you time to reach your goal.

This is my new favorite song to workout to. I like to run on the treadmill which becomes a little hard ony knees that's why  I love the elliptical. It's great motivational music. Lol not really since I hate the word Bitch.Let me tell you why too many women think it's cool to refer themselves as one but get mad when someone calls them one. Women are so much more it's sad most don't value themselves. I love the beat of the music especially when I'm working the rope. That is an awesome core and upper body workout.  It's the last thing I do before I leave the gym. My heart rate skyrocket. It's that last burn I need.I give everything I have left my arms are literally jello afterwards. Christopher even tries to work it. I like that we are a family of fitness. My boys don't see it as a punishment. They love to run around or do pushups.  Justin has been like that ever since birth.  Kids in his gym class were mad at him in kindergarten for wanting to do jumping jacks. They still are just 
recently his gym teacher told me that Justin is very active in class. He is always asking to do more while the others are saying No! I'm sore today the rope has just been added to my workouts this week on arm days. Try it out let me know how you like it. Have a great day!

The Back Door

I came across an episode of the Kardashians new season I have never laughed so hard in my life at Kourtney and Scott talking about the back door.

I tried to search YouTube to see if there was a clip for it but came out with nothing.
 I did find another article about it with people's comments are too funny. They are strange for sure. Nothing on this show seems like it could be real but why not especially this was too much to say out loud let alone on TV. I guess if you are comfortable with yourself and your relationship NO holds bar right?  There is nothing to hide why not? I'm not sure if I would go that far to talk about that then again I'm working on a book that might be a little about this topic and more. Just not sure if I will use real names, pictures or not just a lot to think about I suppose. I'm an open book when comes to that topic just ask if I did it I will tell. I may leave out some juicy stuff which is meant for my marriage bed only. That topic is to much just rereading what I wrote is funny but hey. Take it as it is I'm proud to say I have only been around the block three times including my hubby. Not bad for someone who is 30.

Then Kris Jenner has her hubby move out because she let him have friends over. They were too loud for her. First of all how in the world do you LET your hubby do something he is a grown man. I find it funny how I hear this over and over again. Women just think they can tell a man what to do and they will jump. Then wonder why they fell and slipped into something else. (Laughing) Really not rocket science here people I'm just saying people need to be who they are. Don't try and change them if they want to change they will when they want to. I guess I'm just rambling today trying to do something then think about the rain that has stayed all week long. What are you doing today to past the time?
