Something simple to make if you aren't a big breakfast person. Take a handful or 1cup of each.
- peanut butter
- rolled oats
- Protein powder
- Sometimes I will add chocolate chips

One 32oz box of chicken broth
One can corn(drain)( I used fresh corn )
2 handfuls chopped cilantro
One squeezed lime
One can diced tomatoes (reg size)( Again I used fresh tomatoes and cut them into pieces)
One can diced tomatoes w/ chilies (if you can't find the can get another can of diced tomatoes and a can of diced chilies)( I used only one jalapeno pepper I really don't do hot stuff my boys and hubby do)
1/2 large yellow onion
One can black beans( I used fresh beans and boil them first before adding which I'm not sure I like)
2-3 table spoons of tomato paste
2 teaspoons of cumin
2 teaspoons of chile powder
2 teaspoons of garlic powder

- 2 ripe peaches, pitted, cut up or 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 frozen banana (remove skin before freezing)
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup quick oats
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp agave or pure maple syrup for added sweetness (optional)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- Place all ingredients in a blender and let them sit for 5 minutes so that the oats and chia seeds have a chance to soak.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.

Some facts about one of my favorite fruits I grew to love while I was pregnant with my Popsicle. Mangoes smoothies are the best!
Mangoes help to clear clogged pores and make your skin acne free. You can treat these problems effectively either by consuming mangoes or by applying them to your face. You can find many beauty products containing mango in them. You can also make mango scrub at home by mixing mango pulp and oatmeal.
Like papayas, mangoes are also good for the digestive system. It promotes proper assimilation of the nutrients in the body. The fiber contents found in them prevents constipation.
Effective for Diabetes
Mango fruit ranks low on the glycemic index i.e. 41 to 60, so a moderate consumption of the fruit would not do any harm to the diabetic patients. Further the leaves of the mango tree can help regulate the insulin levels. Take a few leaves of mango tree and boil them in water, leave them soaked in this water over night and then strain and consume this water in the morning.

1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of soy milk
A little bit of honey to taste
A dash of cinnamon
A little dash of pumpkin spice but not to much unless you like it. Sometimes it can be a little overpowering. I make this shake all the time its yummy and very soft after a evening workout. I just thought I would share. Goodnight my readers.

1 banana, roughly chopped 4 or 5 strawberries 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1 small peach, peeled and roughly chopped 1 heaping cup (or more) fresh spinach leaves, thoroughly rinsed splash vanilla soy milk 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt 2 teaspoons honey 1/2 cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. *this recipe makes a very large smoothie- two could easily share.
I made this this morning and I have to say I will make it again.
Bloggers Adam and Joanne Gallagher from Inspired Taste make a martini that’s reminiscent of cookies and milk.
2 tablespoons (1 oz) vodka 2 tablespoons (1 oz) chocolate liqueur 1/4 cup (2 oz) Irish cream liqueur 1/4 cup (2 oz) half-and-half 2 teaspoons butterscotch syrup Ice 1/4 cup candy sprinkles
1. In cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except sprinkles. Shake until cold. 2. Dip rim of martini glass into water then into sprinkles. Pour martini into glass; top with more sprinkles.
I made this let me tell you its worth it!

Today I had to have a cup of coffee to try out my homemade vanilla coffee creamer. In a mason jar add 2 teaspoons of vanilla,14 oz of skim milk and one 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk. Once in the jar put the lid on and shake what your momma gave ya but don't hurt yourself. ( I love that saying lol) The next step is to add it to your cup of delicious coffee. Enjoy my reader's!

I had this great idea to make some yummy ice cream since I didn't want to go to the store. I took out four frozen bananas cut them in half. I added a touch of honey not to much. Just a little bit of milk to make it a little fluffy in my ninja. Bam we have homemade banana ice cream. I'm awesome! The kids and hubby loved it. I do have to give my hubby some credit for the thought of a hit of vanilla. Which made it of course a little more yummy.

I remember the first time I cooked Pierogi's for Steve. My family loaded him down with the potatoes dumpling. Up to this point Steve never had a Pierogi. Who doesn't eat a Pierogi? Steve now loves them along with kielbasa and Sauerkraut which we have for Christmas ever year. Stuff cabbage has been a childhood favorite of mind. If you never had it before you should. It is a little bit of ground beef, pork, rice and spices to help along with the cold winter months. You can have it really anytime you feel the need to cook. Enjoy as I will today when I make these dishes to share with my family.

Green Peppers are a good source of Vitamin C which I didn't know. It helps with rough skin which I have. I never go a day without lotionize. It helps with eye sight with a little bit of Vitamin A by your side. It's good that I can eat these. It has helped in the losing the baby weight game. Which I'm still working on I'm happy to report I have lost four more pounds last week. It brings me to 138. I can't wait to get to 135. I still can't get Jay and Steve to eat them but I'm working on it. If you have any other foods that you like please tell me about them.
