Hockey has come to an end

This is my little boy. He is growing up so fast. Steve and I are proud to be his parents. Justin has really grown this past year with the birth of his little brother. He adores Christopher to death. There isn't anything he wouldn't do for him. Justin is very helpful around the house. He has to make sure he blows me a kiss before he walks into school. Everyone loves Justin energy and kindness he has. You should see Christopher after we pick up Jay from school. He is all over Jay kissing him bringing his toys to him to play with. The first thing Jay does before his homework is play with his little brother. They are too cute.
Hockey has come to an end because we are moving. Sadly but we will enroll Jay in hockey again once we find out what team he will be playing for. Steve is very proud of son. He skates like a pro or like his daddy. Jay is really good at it. The only reason he wanted to play was because his daddy plays. Justin wants to do everything his daddy does. I love the fact that Justin looks up to him. His daddy is his Hero. There is nothing Steve can do wrong in Jay's eyes. He has his daddy's back to the end.
I shot this video of them on the ice. I love it! It's father and son bonding time. It melts my heart to watch both of them on the ice until they are completely exhausted from all the hard work they put into the sport. There is nothing these two can't do. Justin is currently trying to talk us into taking him to Niagara falls for his birthday. I don't think that will happen since we are planning on taking the boys to Disney Land. That might be a trip for next summer to think about. Justin brought home his reports card with all A's and B's. He is doing great in school. I love how Justin no matter what pushes though anything in his way. He had a big report due two weeks ago on the Massachusetts Basketball Hall of Fame. He came back with an A in everything. He was really nervous about getting up in front of the class. The teacher wrote a little note on how Justin was one of two students who did very well on that part. I think that is wonderful I hated getting up in front of the class myself. I think Justin is a natural in that area. He definitely has no problem talking about any subject. I think he gets that from Steve. I swear Steve was born in a three piece suit. Justin takes right after him. Mommy and Daddy are very proud of you Jay. We love you with all our heart. Keep up the good work little man.

Monster Jam

Steve and I bought tickets for Justin back in December for one of his Christmas gifts. He loves these trucks. Grave digger is his favorite of all time. Steve was able to get grave digger to sign a shirt for Jay so he can wear it. We also stood in line for two hours to get the other drivers to sign another shirt. Grave digger (truck).jpg I had a blast hearing Steve and Jay yelling and betting on which truck would win the race. It was great! I think there where sixteen drivers total. Steve wants to get tickets for March if we are still in town. Some man sat next to Steve just talking away like he knew him for years. He makes friends everywhere we go. The man was real nice. I met another woman in the bathroom who did the same thing. I find it funny how someone doesn't know you but starts talking about anything and everything to you. Justin was hoping to see some turn over and wrecks which we did. One driver lost her horns. She gave them to someone in the crowd. We seen the person in line waiting to get it signed. Traffic was all clear by the time we left which was great. I hate sitting in the car after New York last year. We did past this pastry shop on the way to the car. I love this place. Steve and I are going to have to find a reason to go to Greek Town now besides the Casino. I ate the most delicious red velvet cupcake in the world. I don't know what it is since Christopher has been born. I have had this thing for cupcakes. Justin ate some peanut butter mud pie while Steve had a brownie. There is no way I could ever own a bakery shop. I would be a 600 pound Mexican. I can't have that! Thank God it's in Detroit. I don't like to drive down there. As we were leaving I saw a Chocolate Cannoli calling my name. I ran out of the shop. I couldn’t handle it anymore! I have a weakness for fabulous goodies like Baklava and Cheesecake which we are debating on if that will be our cake when we re-new our vows. I'm so excited to start planning it. I could go on forever just talking about it since I always have a lot to say. I 'll give a little now and a little later to keep you coming back. Have a good night.

Finding Nemo Trailer

Omg! Finding Nemo will be in theater's in 3D in September 2012. This is the first movie we watched as a family with Justin. He used to love this movie. He still does. I remember when Steve came over with a giant orange Nemo. Justin slept with that thing every night. We are going to see it when it comes out. It's really funny that this movie started it all with us. It even turned into a great Business which I own. Any how I love that Disney is bringing back all the great movies from their vault to theater's. I can't wait to see what else comes out. Dory is my favorite!

Blast from the past

I love to scrapbook I have been going through pictures. I have ran across really old pictures of my Mom, Aunt even Steve swimming with Jay. He is one year old (above) looking just like his daddy.  Steve never left Jay's side when he was little. I guess first borns are special like that. Then again he never leaves Christopher's side either. Steve is a great father. I couldn't ask for someone else. He loves with his whole heart. Kids are forever. They are freaking adorable. I also found one with all the cousins. Jay was such a fat baby when he was little he out beats all the babies in the family so far. He had the chubbiest checks ever. I can't believe how much Christopher looks like Jay. Jay looks just like me and Christopher well you see Steve all the way. However he is pretty dark I have been ask as a joke if I slept with a Black version of Steve.( LOL) Everyone seems to forget that Jay was a dark baby also not as dark as Christopher just a shade lighter. Jay has an allergy to the sun just like I do. We are fine once our color comes in. It sounds silly but true. I have more on my facebook page check them out. I love it just looking at all of these are making me smile. This just made my day.

The pic of Steve and I is a really old picture back in May 2005. We are still sexy although I like Steve with a little more hair.
Steve and Jay look so cute. Jay is in the yellow life vest the other little kid is someone I used to baby-sit. Jay just turned two in this pic.
Us again

Aww this is the little boy from the above picture that I use to baby-sit.
He was really cute then I wonder if he still is. I had to really dig out this picture. I almost forgot I had it. I haven't seen him since he was two.

Jay is precious to me I love him to death. It seems like yesterday I was on the phone with Steve telling him a mini him is on the way. We were so excited about becoming first time parents. Jay was a miracle baby for us. These are the moments. Well enough down memory lane I have to start my day. Have a nice day my readers. God Bless

Soccer

Justin stays busy during the summer time. Now he is taking up soccer. Today his team won 7 to 3. It was a great game all the kids did very well. His last game Steve and I are yelling at the team telling them what to do. It was great we lost our voices his last game.  Justin was so muddy from the field but that’s okay he is a boy. I love him to death Justin is the reason I get up in the morning.  I love seeing him happy. It’s so funny I get all the questions about everything he holds nothing back from me. With his dad it’s all about sports or building something Steve never gets any questions like I do. I love that we share a close bond with each other it’s special to have that with your child. Christopher and I already had a bond since he was conceived. Steve calls just to hear Justin’s voice on the phone. He is such a great father. He likes to say that’s my boy out there. Go Jay! Practice is great the coach makes Steve go out there to help with the kids. Justin gets a kick out of it because his daddy is great. The other parents thought Steve was a professional soccer player. (lol) They didn’t believe me when they asked. I told them no he wasn’t a soccer player but a man of many trades. Justin and Steve share a different bond with each other a father and son bond.  They do everything together.

Pinewood Derby

This past Saturday Justin took second place now he is going on to district. I’m so happy he was great all the cub scouts were. Christopher took second place in the sibling’s race.  Steve and Justin worked really hard on the cars at the last minute of course. I tell you that man is never on time but they did great.  Finals are in April last
year Justin took third and in the finals he took 8th out of three hundred kids. I think there were that many.  I'm not sure there were a lot from running back and forth from the bathroom with morning sickness I could be off a few. Pinewood Derby is where all the boys make cars out of a block of wood and race them within their den by age.  The winners out of each den race each other in the pack to see who goes to district. Then they race against other packs. The winners are pick for this year. Last year was great all the designs are out of this world but you can tell the cars apart from the kids to where the dads go overboard.

Justin's car is the second one from the right the black one his favorite color.

Christopher's is the red one. The one next to it Jay made also but let his friend's brother use it to race and it won also.

My baby boy I love you so much!

I think cub scouts has been great for Justin. He loves it we are getting ready to help Jay get his horseback riding loop. He has so many loops we need to get him another belt.
Its nice Justin and his daddy get to spend a lot of time together even with Steve being the cub master. I love seeing them build things and talk about scouts. He has two more years before he is a boy scout although we have many more years ahead of us with Christopher. I have to take Jay to his den meeting tonight all the kids there are great. I would suggest if you have a boy to get him involved with scouts they make lots of friends and they get to do some awesome stuff. Justin honey Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you keep up the hard work.

Justin's Room

This is what Justin wants to do with his room. He wants the walls to be black with stars and planets on it. So It took some thought and Steve and I are okay with it. My friend Heather just did her boys room in blue with black trim. It looks great but it's funny when I seen what she did it was the same thing jay wanted to do first. Heather and I think like we were sister's or something. Justin's favorite color is black it has been ever since he was little. Now all we have to do is find a light for his room.

This weekend

It has a very busy weekend for all of us Blue and Gold turned out to be great. Steve did very well for his first one. He was so cute giving the children their awards. Justin received his Ice skating loop and pin. He also received his Mathematics loop and pin. His Geography loop along with his basketball loop and pin.  Goodness and there is still more like his Collecting pin, Physical Fitness pin with four silver arrow points and a gold arrow point. Now he is a wolf I’m so proud of Justin he worked so hard for all his awards. All the cub scouts did great it’s so funny to watch them all grow up so fast. This is a great program to put your son’s in. They learn so much about the world and the best part is spending time with the parents. Jay loves the bonding time he gets with Steve. Steve loves taking Justin to the Go and See it’s. They are getting ready to go spend all night in a museum soon I think Steve is more excited than Jay.
So we went to try out this new restaurant that had Arabic food and I have to say it was different to try. It’s sure not your everyday food I’m use to. It’s more like you like it or you don’t.  Lamb is not all that bad but every once in awhile kind of food for me.
Then we were off to play laser tag and games. That place in Taylor is so packed on Sundays it was a mad house with little people everywhere. Justin and Steve played laser tag with about forty people. They had a blast. Then it was off to the games. I love going and having fun with my family it’s so precious. This weekend was awesome can’t wait to see what is next.

These two do everything together. I love my men!

Due Date

I’m full term as of yesterday and I’m so excited to see what our little boy will look like. We have been all smiles ever since yesterday. I had an ultrasound done. We seen our little man he is head down and ready to say hi to the world.  We seen his spine his feet and butt. His little foot is what keeps kicking me in the side. It’s painful at times but worth it. It made me think how amazing being able to give life really is. I have a human growing inside of me that my husband I adore and love. We did that you know anyone can have kids but to be real parents its take a special gift. My labor with jay was hard because my honey was overseas at the time. He was able to see me before I left the hospital  he was delayed for a short time. It was nice to see him the two years we were apart was tough. He is here now  I just can’t wait. My little man just can’t wait to see his brother. Jay and Daddy are rubbing my belly so much telling him to come on out! I have to confess I’m a little scared to go into labor it has been eight years since I did this last. My honey tells me I’ll be fine just like last time no sweat Right! He makes me laugh so much. The baby’s room is all done clothes are wash and put away. My bag is pack and I’m ready well sort of. The one thing I won’t miss is peeing every ten minutes. I’m picking up big brother’s gift today so he won’t feel left out. We all took our last trip till next year and we had a blast. A little colder then what I wanted I’m not ready for snow yet. Jay and I pulled out the Halloween decorations and did the small stuff around the house. I have been cleaning like crazy but I guess that is normal it’s called nesting getting ready for the new baby. I swear I have cleaned the house from top to bottom like a dozen times not like it’s dirty but it makes me feel better. Updates will come soon on how far I am so stay tune for the good news!
