Day 13 & Detox

Today is my last day on this 7 day fast loss kit. I needed something to take as I'm on two weeks cycling off my Shredz supplements. My order came in on Friday with my cinnabon protein and Burner. This 7 day kit can be found at GNC it's okay but that is coming from someone who doesn't care to much for pills. It's a packet of four pills. A replacement shake and a detox lemonade drink before bed. The detox drink is gross as can be. Make sure you drink water during the day. The shakes are okay the common vanilla and chocolate. I did lose ten ponds just following the diet plan to the a T. The only thing I changed was eating a bowl of oatmeal before my intense circuit training classes. There was no way I could just have a shake and a handful of blueberries. I would have gotten sick after taking all those pills. I really don't measure what the scale says since I feel fit and don't look as much as I weigh. I hear a lot of women complain about telling someone  how much they weigh. It's a number just like your age that doesn't define who you are. There are so many people who think lifting weights will make you look like a man. I'm here to tell you that is dame near impossible unless you are taking something to help you along the way. Let me just say if you are not taking testosterone on a daily you don't and won't have a problem with that. Lifting weights will help you shred fat and tone the muscles you have. People just Google it better yet ask someone who does this daily. There is so much to learn in the world of fitness if you want to live a healthy lifestyle then be informed about what you are doing.
Day 13 50 planks walks and 50 lunges Doesn't seem like a lot but it is. If you can't do it all at once split it up half this morning and the rest later. 
Modify if you need to for the planks go to you knees. Is a video if you need to take a look at them.
Most of all have fun working out don't look at it as something you have to do. Look at it as something you want to do. Change the way you think and you will find out that if working out was easy then everyone would be fit. I never give up I don't know how. I set a goal for myself and the only person who can get in my way is myself. I don't make excuses for anything especially when it comes to my lifestyle. It's okay to have a scoop of ice cream not a pound of ice cream. I have seen some cheat meals on Facebook that could feed ten people. That's not a cheat meal if you are trying to lose weight. Once you have a workout routine your body won't crave the things it once did. You will start at looking at food as how will this benefit your body. What you put in your mouth after your workout is the hardest part about changing your lifestyle. Remember what you eat in private , you will wear in public. I find that most people don't know what they want out of a workout. They have never really sat down to think about what their fitness goals should be. Once you have a plan then you can set your mind your body will follow.
 Just start today it will be hard. You won't see a change right away. It takes time give yourself that.

Shredz Toner, Burner and BCAA's

 New supplement' are a plus when you are trying to take it to the next level. I'm finding along the way working out is my drug. It's what keeps me sane. The Detox are vitamins the Burner helps you keep going it makes me sweat like a pig.  I haven't tried Beauty yet because I currently take my BCAA's that help with keeping level with that extra push when I want to give up. I have found that if I seem to crave a certain food I can take one scoop of my BCAA's and I'm good.  The only downfall I see with this brand is that it gives you no insight on how or when you should take it. You have to do your own research. 

 I found the website a little hard to understand for example the Detox use to be called multivitamin. Detox to me means something totally different then taking a vitamin. The Detox or Multivitamin made my nails brittle not sure why. I might wait a few months and try it again.  It's like that with the Alpha female stack which is what is shown in the picture to the left.  It comes with the Burner, Detox, and Toner. I called but you can only leave a message never a live person. I went to Instagram to see why it was taking so long for my order by then it was past two weeks. They gave me some bull about waiting to collect all the orders from Black Friday. It didn't make sense to me with over a $200.00 dollar order. If they were out of stock then tell me that. Be honest with the customer when they are spending a pretty penny for your product. That's my opinion! The rebuild is what you take at night to help your muscle rebuild and recover while you sleep. I'm not sure if I like it because of the fact it makes me sleep like a ROCK! I don't feel refresh in the morning I find it hard as hell getting out of bed in the morning. I have never taken a sleeping pill however I have taken a magnesium pill to sleep and didn't feel like I did with rebuild. It suggest taking one or two 30 minute's before sleep. I'm good with one two I feel like I was asleep for years. It comes with a 60 day supply I'm half way through it.  F.Y. I it will put you to sleep in less then 30 minutes.
The BCAA's are excellent to drink during my workout it gives me that extra push to finish or add that extra rep. It's also good to drink if you want to settle a craving which for me is ice cream. I would be careful it does suppress your appetite. Taking any supplement's you should talk to your doctor and do your research first look at reviews talk to people and see what works for you. You don't have to take supplement's at all just keep that in mind.

I just started taking the Toner which is a female non bloating creatine. That will help build your muscle. I take the burner in the morning and the toner in the evening. Which the website doesn't tell you how to take it. It's fun calling my hubby for tips on this stuff since I'm new at it. I want a tone look with a six pack. After 30 days I went to 150lbs to 143lbs. Now, I can see the definition in my body. I love it!!!

Overall I do like the product as a whole. Wait for one of their sales to try it. It is a little on the pricey side. The peanut butter chocolate protein is my favorite. I have made cookies and pancakes with it. I drink one protein shake a day even on my off days mixed with 10 oz of water. The tank tops are extremely comfy. I can't wait till they have the pant's to match. They promote them like crazy on Instagram but don't sell them yet.(update:Oct 2015 Now they sell them) It seems like a new company if you like them stay with them. I think I will. I'm on my second order which came in four days. They must have a note on my file send quick or something this last time. Until next time please workout to get fit not skinny!!!

Losing that baby weight

Motivational Quotes for weight lossI have ran into a few women who have had a baby in the last few months. Same question keeps coming up wanting to lose the weight but they all have an excuse. There are no magic pills no magic diets you can go on. It take time to lose the weight. It took nine months to put it on give yourself at least that to take it off in a healthy way. The biggest problem I see that is keeping women not just mother's from losing weight is the way they think and see themselves. Each woman is unique in their own way. You have to change the way you see yourself.

You have to love the body you are in before you can change the body you have. You have to put in hard work and dedication to achieve the fitness goals you have set for yourself. I'm not talking about saying I just want to lose my belly weight. That statement is going to set you up to fail in a big way.  It's a LIFESTYLE CHANGE you are going to make. It stays for life not just a few months. People are forgetting that the road to getting fit all starts with your way of thinking. Think positive thoughts tell yourself positive things when working out and enjoy what you are doing. If you view it as a job it won't work. The next step is eating clean it's not that expensive once you find the time to put together meals. Do your research on what you put into your mouth. Your body is your temple treat it as one. Do it slowly if you don't eat clean now. If you drink pop take that out for a month. Try different foods see what works for you.
  I workout five to seven days a week depending on what I want to do that week. It works for me that doesn't mean it will work for you. Try three days a week 20 to 30 minutes of cardio to see where you are to start with. Take some classes talk to a fitness coach find a program that works for you. There are a ton of at home workouts you can do. It takes NO equipment but your body.
